当地时间5月4日，被认为是英国最重的人Jason Holton因器官衰竭去世，年仅33岁。据估计，他的体重约为700磅(约635斤)。

由于自身太重，导致Jason Holton无法自主行动，需被抬出公寓进救护车，最后由六名消防员抬入医院。

Jason在青少年时期开始暴饮暴食，他将体重增加归因于学校的欺凌和心理健康问题。

Jason Holton母亲接受采访时表示，由于自己的儿子体重太大，埋葬需两块墓地。
